Privacy policy
Updated August 2026What we collect
If you write to us through the contact form or the message widget, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, the subject, and your message. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
Newsletter: this site does not currently offer a newsletter signup and holds no subscriber list. If we ever start one, this page will describe how addresses are stored and how to leave before the first issue goes out.
The one cookie
This site sets a single cookie, and only if sending your message fails. It holds what you typed so the page can hand it back to you instead of losing it, and it expires after fifteen minutes. You can delete it at any time and nothing on the site stops working.
There is nothing else: no advertising trackers, no analytics, no third-party scripts, no fingerprinting. If we ever add analytics, they will be cookieless and aggregate, and this page will say so before they go live.
Where your message goes
We email it to ourselves, and a person reads it. If the site cannot send it for us, it hands the message to your own mail app instead, so you can see the address and the text before anything leaves your machine. We do not sell, rent, or share what you send with anyone.
The site is hosted on Vercel, whose handling of ordinary request data such as your IP address is covered by their own privacy policy.
Questions or removal
Email us, and we'll answer. If you want anything you've sent us deleted, say so, and we'll delete it.
